After a period of time, you will become drowsy and eventually you should be able to drift off. If not, it may be useful for you to know that resting can be almost as beneficial to your body as not sleeping at all. The main thing to realize is it's good for you to get rest and sleep, but it's not harmful to your baby's health if you don't.
